About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at FastFlowPe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, new business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the Banking (B2B) or Fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- •Drive outbound sales and lead generation to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- •Develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue growth.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent sales performance.
- •Identify and target potential clients in the Banking (B2B) and Fintech sectors.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
- •Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development metrics.
Requirements
- •Minimum 5 years of total work experience in sales or business development.
- •Prior experience with at least 2 companies demonstrating consistent sales performance.
- •Early-stage startup experience mandatory.
- •Proven track record in outbound sales and new business generation.
- •Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- •Experience in Banking (B2B) or Fintech highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- •Background in B2B SaaS sales or financial technology products/services.
- •Established network within the banking or fintech ecosystem.
