About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at FastFlowPe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, new business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the Banking (B2B) or Fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales and lead generation to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent sales performance.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the Banking (B2B) and Fintech sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience in sales or business development.
  • Prior experience with at least 2 companies demonstrating consistent sales performance.
  • Early-stage startup experience mandatory.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new business generation.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Experience in Banking (B2B) or Fintech highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS sales or financial technology products/services.
  • Established network within the banking or fintech ecosystem.
